  3. After you've selected all the items you want, hit the "View Shopping Cart | Checkout" button, again. Verify the items you have selected and click the "Secure Checkout" button.

  4. Step 1 of the checkout process: Provide us with your shipping address and the billing address of the credit card you are using.

  5. Step 2 of the checkout process: Enter the credit card number as one long set of digits, without any type of punctuation such as hyphens, spaces, or slashes. Next, enter the expiration date. Finally, select the shipping method.

  6. Step 3 of the checkout process: Review the information you have entered and hit the "Purchase" button to complete the order.

  7. Finally, upon verification of your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email.

Grandescape.com collects sales tax for orders being shipped within the state of Florida, as this is our home. We are required by law to collect sales tax within Florida and no where else since we do not have a physical presence in any other state.

Please note that for all international orders, including Canada, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Grandescape.com is not able to determine what these fees will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How long will it take to receive my package? back to top

Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that your item is in stock and ready to ship. Once it has been shipped, please allow 3-5 days of transit time.

We provide FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. Only and ship via UPS Ground Service: Orders are usually shipped out the next day if the order is received prior to 12 noon Pacific Daylight Time (Monday – Friday).

If you need the Order Rushed, we will determine the extra charge and send you a link through which you can pay the added shipping costs

If you are not satisfied with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original purchase price -- no questions asked -- for 30 days. Simply return the item in its original condition and the packing slip for a full product refund.

If you decide you don't want a particular piece of merchandise, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization from us and then ship the merchandise back. It's pretty straightforward. Please contact us by email so we can take care of you!

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable), original shipping costs as well as the costs you incurred in shipping the products back to us.
